I wonder if it was this one. I didn't care for the #37 wet hop... sorry... I just think that the lemony Sorachi Ace doesn't suit me. I've never used it, but I use the hops described in #39 regularly, so I'm pretty certain that this is what they were serving (though I'm not sure what #38 was, so maybe it was that). Bitter, complex, and a good citrus aroma and flavor.
