Yazoo voted "Best Locally Brewed Beer" by the Tennessean's Toast of Music City awards

Thanks to all of you who voted! The paper said that over 44,000 votes were cast in the Food and Drink category. I'm not sure how representative the results were of all the great restaurants in town ( some of whom were inexplicably absent). But "Best Locally Brewed Beer" - we'll take it!

Its about time the people in this town recognized who really makes good beer in Nasvhille. There are only a tiny handful of micro brewers in this town and Yazoo is by far at the top of that list.

I love your beer, I love your taproom, and most of all I love everyone that works there, except for Brandi. Why does she have to yell at us that way? Yeah we know its 7:30, we know no more beer in 15 mins, geez.

Keep doing what you are doing and I will keep coming down there and bothering you all every Thursday and sometimes Friday ;o)

JC,

Sorry about the yelling. Brandi can really get everybody's attention. She loves all of our regulars and I'll ask her to remind JC to cover his ears next time she does last call.

Cheers,

Linus

Linus,

No no, please dont do that. I love it. I love the whole "attitude" of Yazoo. I love that she can yell at us and we love it.

"dont be trying to sneak up here and think you gonna get a beer, cause we go home at 8" I love it.
