We have our newest batch of Hop Project on tap starting this weekend. It's Hop Project #7 (in case you lost track) and it was brewed by our newest rookie brewer, Ivan Chester. He used a blend of Millenium, Columbus, Simcoe, and Cascade for this one. The Hop Project series has become one of those beers people seek out - #6 was all the rave at the Magic City Brewfest this summer. Come on by before it's all gone! It will only be available at the brewery for now!

I had 1 last night, ok 3 or so.
what was the hops used to dry hop? I am trying to put my finger on that flavor but it is familiar and unfamiliar at the same time.
