Another bottling of Hop Project #81!

The second run of #81 was bottled on Monday, Dec 29th.

How are y'all liking this one?  The Sorachi Ace hops, with all their lemony goodness, really shine through with the change in the grain bill we made back on Hop Project #80.

Any wheat in the grain bill? I can have beer as long as i stay away from corn, wheat and for the most part oats (Not a gluten issue, but i'm really sensitive to these grains). thanks!

P.s. i've loved your last few Hop Projects (so long as i can drink them) so I'll probably be pestering you for grain bill info...

My wife and I brought THREE different 6-packs of batch #81, from THREE different stores. Each beer has had a VERY "fizzzy yellow beer" taste and smell to it, and a penny-like after taste as well. We are usually raving fans of Hop Project (and total hop heads!), and were really sad about this. Was there a problem with the batch brewed on 1/13/15; specifically the bottles sent to Rutherford county?

I thought this was fantastic! I went in blind but picked up the Sorachi Ace hops right away. Very refreshing, unique beer. Bravo!
