A lot of our regulars to the taproom probably know Barry Walker, the owner of Marathon Village. If you haven't heard the news, Barry was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident a month ago. He was coming down Monteagle Mountain to Chattanooga when he hit a car head on. He was air-lifted to Chattanooga, where he has been in Erlanger hospital for a month in intensive care.

Without Barry's vision, drive, and just plain hard-headedness, Marathon Motorworks would probably not have been saved from the wrecking ball. Barry has a long road to recovery ahead of him. If you're out tonight, drink a Dos Perros in his honor, and wish him luck and strength.
