Very nicely balanced. I don't really keep up with which Hop Project is which, but this one is delicious.

I was reading an article today about the popularity of IPAs and their high level of hops, with many brewers trying to achieve the 100+ IBU level. Any idea where the Hop Projects usually fall?

This one tastes like it's around 70ish. Not too high, just a lot of really nice hop aroma and flavor. Delicious.

First time I've had a yazoo let alone hop project. This is great. I look forward to trying later batches...
